• Account data: Your name, email address, and hashed password.
• Usage data: The content you generate, template types used, and generation timestamps.
• Payment data: Handled entirely by Gumroad. We do not store your payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and operate the SwiftCopy service.
• To enforce usage limits based on your subscription plan.
• To send transactional emails (password resets, account notifications).
• We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored on Railway-hosted PostgreSQL databases. All data is processed and stored in secure, managed cloud infrastructure.

4. AI Content Generation

Content generation requests are forwarded to OpenAI's API. By using SwiftCopy, you agree to OpenAI's usage policies. We do not use your inputs to train AI models.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication only. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
